Our culture (the bit people usually say but we actually mean)

We’re a family-focused care company.
That doesn’t mean we expect you to work like family – it means we treat you like one.

That looks like:

* Checking in when things are tough

* Celebrating the good stuff

* Listening when you speak

* Supporting you to grow

Care is emotional work. We make sure you’re supported as a person, not just a rota slot.

Frequently Asked Questions

What some team members normally ask

Do I need experience to apply?

Not at all.
If you’re kind, reliable, and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest. Many of our best carers started with no formal experience at all — some had simply cared for a family member or loved one.

How much will I be paid?

Our pay is typically between £13 and £15 per hour, depending on experience, role, and responsibilities.
We’re open and transparent about pay, and we’ll always talk it through with you clearly before anything is agreed.

What hours are available?

We offer a range of options, including:

Mornings

Evenings

Weekends

Flexible hours

For domiciliary care, our busiest times are typically between 7:00am–2:00pm and from around 4:00pm onwards, as this is when clients most need support.

For live-in care, placements are usually for a minimum of one week at a time, giving consistency for both clients and carers.

We’ll always try to match work around your availability, not force you into a rota that doesn’t work for your life.
It’s about finding the right balance — for you and the people we support.

Is this a rushed, high-pressure care role?

We plan rotas carefully and focus on quality care, not rushing between visits. You’ll have support from the office and a team that understands care is about people, not ticking boxes.

(Some days are busy — but you’re never left on your own.)

What happens after I apply?

Nothing scary, we promise 😊

You’ll hear from us for a friendly, no-pressure chat. It’s simply a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit — no CV, no hard sell, no obligation.
