Modern Slavery Policy
Apex Healthcare Services Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. The legal duty to publish a modern slavery statement applies to larger businesses. We publish this statement voluntarily because we believe the standard should apply to us regardless of our size, in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our commitment
We have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to putting effective systems in place to combat modern slavery.
Our recruitment practices
We carry out right to work checks and DBS checks on all staff. We verify identity, check employment status and pay everyone at least the National Living Wage. We never charge recruitment fees to workers. Our international recruitment follows ethical routes and we check that workers have not paid illegal fees to secure work with us.
Our supply chains
Our supply chains are mainly UK based and include training providers, equipment suppliers and cleaning services. We assess new suppliers and expect them to share our commitment to preventing modern slavery.
Reporting concerns
Staff can report concerns through our whistleblowing policy or to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700. We investigate every report and protect those who raise concerns in good faith.
