Apex Healthcare Services Ltd provides home care, live in care, night care, dementia care, companionship care and care assessments across Berkshire. Our office is Suite 4, 62 Portman Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 1EA. Company number 10355834. Our registered office address is on the Companies House register.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, to find out about our services and to get in touch with us. We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current at all times.
How care terms work
A separate written care agreement governs each care package. It sets out the services, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms and review schedule. These terms do not override your care agreement.
Fees, invoicing, payment and notice periods are explained on our Cancellation and Fees page and set out in full in your care agreement. Your care agreement is the full and binding version. We go through it with you before care starts, and if anything on this site ever differs from it, your agreement is what counts.
The information on this site is general
The guides and information on this website are general information to help you think about care. They are not a substitute for advice from a GP, the memory clinic or a social worker. If you need advice about a specific medical or care situation, please speak to a qualified professional. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
