Typical start time
Care can often begin within 48 hours of referral. For urgent discharges, we will always do our best to start sooner.

The fastest way to refer is by phone or email. We'll respond promptly and keep you informed throughout.
There is someone on call outside office hours, so if something happens in the evening or at the weekend you are not left waiting until Monday. For safeguarding concerns out of hours, call us and ask for the duty manager.
